  • Prepare the Substrate Like a Professional: The surface must be firm, resistant, without cracks, level, and above all, clean! Remove any trace of dust, oil, grease, paint, wax, or anything else that could prevent adhesion.

  • Use Flexible Joints: You Won’t Regret It!: Perimeter and movement joints protect your floors against micro-movements, contraction, and expansion, preventing tiles from lifting. Don’t skip this step!

  • Be Careful with the Weather: Extreme weather conditions can affect the drying time of the adhesive. Make sure it is cool to the touch before placing the tiles.

  • Special Tiles or Stones? Consult the Experts!: If you are going to install slate, green marble, or any other delicate material, it is best to talk to TopK’s technical support to get the appropriate recommendations.

  • Apply the Adhesive Correctly!: TopK is not responsible if you misuse it. Follow the instructions to the letter to ensure good coverage and good contact with the tiles. I recommend spreading the adhesive on the substrate with straight furrows and applying a thin layer to the back of the tile, also with parallel straight furrows.
