Stucco by Topk

At TopK, we produce highly efficient materials that make your work easier and ensure a high-level final result. We understand that wall cladding must offer more than just aesthetics: it requires performance during installation and long-term resistance.
That is why we offer two Stucco finishing solutions that adapt to your application preference, always guaranteeing texture and lasting protection.
Composition and Format: The Difference in the Bucket
Both TopK Stucco products are decorative and textured coatings designed for interior and exterior walls, which can substitute for the scratch coat (zarpeo), brown coat (afine/smoothing), and paint. Both contain additives and acrylic resins for improved structure and adhesion.
Product Purchase Format Key Preparation Jobsite Emphasis
Powder Stucco Finish (Acabado Stucco en Polvo) 25 kg (55.2 lb) Bag Requires adding 4.5 to 6.0 liters of clean water Ideal for dry inventory management and savings through superior yield (Yield)
Pre-mixed Stucco Finish (Acabado Stucco Premezclado / Stucco Húmedo) 27.24 Kg (60.00 lbs) Bucket Formulated on a wet base, only requires light mixing Maximum ease and speed of application, ready to use

Main Advantages

Life and Texture for Your Spaces

  • It offers a textured finish adaptable to different architectural styles.
  • It has excellent adhesion to various surfaces, ensuring a durable coating.
  • It provides greater durability compared to conventional paints or coatings.
  • It is compatible and can be painted or coated with acrylic paints, acrylic textures, and ceramic coatings.
  • It presents greater resistance to water passage.
  • It has better workability and finish.
  • It provides greater yield and coverage.

Powder Stucco Finish (Dry Mix Stucco Finish)

Technical and Performance Advantages: TopK Powder Stucco Finish offers greater performance/coverage and adheres to various surfaces, ensuring a durable coating.
  • Documented Yield: A 25 kg bag yields 9.5 m² (at 3 mm thickness) or 10.5 m² (at 4.5 mm thickness).
  • Extreme Water Resistance: This product has been subjected to the Karsten Test, obtaining a result of 0 ml/hr at 7 and 28 days. This hard data confirms its greater resistance to water passage.
  • Superior Hardness: It reaches an average Compressive Strength of 120 kg/cm² at 28 days.
Key Instructions for Application (Two Layers):
  1. Mixing: Use 4.5 to 6.0 liters of clean water for each 25 kg bag. Stir well, let rest for 10 minutes, remix, and do not add more water afterward.
  2. Layers: Apply a first layer of 3 to 4.5 mm, let dry for 24 hours (24 hs). Apply a second layer of 2 to 3 mm, ensuring that the total thickness does not exceed 7 mm.
  3. Curing for Maximum Resistance: For the best resistance, moisten the surface twice a day for three days after the installation of the second layer.
  4. Rustic Texture: For a rustic touch, add 0.93 to 1.3 kg of silica sand mesh 8-16 per bag during the mixture preparation.

Pre-mixed Stucco Finish (Wet Finish)

When speed on the jobsite and workability are priorities, our wet-base Stucco is the solution. It comes ready in a bucket, minimizing dosing errors and giving sufficient time to achieve the perfect finish.
Advantages of the Wet Base and Fast Application:
  • Ready to Use: The wet formulation facilitates its application as it is ready for use with just an initial mixing.
  • Optimal Handling: The wet base grants the sufficient time and the required humidity to achieve different finishes.
  • Reliable Yield: Each 60.00 lbs bucket yields 150.00 ft² (approximately 13.9 m²) at a thickness of 3 to 4.5 mm.
  • Multi-use: It can be used as a final coat before painting or applying acrylic or ceramic textured coatings.
Key Instructions for Application (Single Layer):
  1. Preparation: Mix the material with an industrial mixer and let it rest for 5 minutes before application.
  2. Substrate: It is recommended to moisten the wall before applying the Wet Stucco.
  3. Application: Apply a layer of 3 to 4.5 mm with a smooth trowel. Let the mixture set for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Finish: For a closed and even finish, use an acrylic trowel with circular or figure-eight movements.
  5. Curing: Just like the dry product, the surface must be moistened twice a day for three days after application.
